The wall is finished!! The wall is finished!!! Possibly this is what Nehemiah and all his friends felt like shouting when they completed the wall of Jerusalem and we KNOW that’s what our group felt like shouting when we finished the majority of the wall around Aminta’s property at the end of January.

As you can read in the wall part 1  this wall was a great necessity for Aminta and her family. Thanks to 2 different teams of willing hearts who gave of their time, energy, love, and money this wall is now just about finished.

We say “just about” because there is one section at the back of Aminta’s property that we were not able to complete because her neighbor has a wall that he put up 1 foot into Aminta’s property line. Aminta asked him if we could take down his wall and put up her wall because it would be a benefit for both of them but he refused. So Aminta is currently in the process of dealing with the municipality for them to come out and measure the land to make sure she does indeed have the right to remove his wall. Once this is all cleared up this small section of wall will be completed by some of the men from Aminta’s church who have volunteered to help her.

Please continue to pray for this situation to be resolved quickly and peacefully.   Please also pray for continued blessings on Aminta’s family and for the love of Christ that was shown to their family by all of those who served to continue to grow in their hearts and lead them closer to Jesus. Aminta’s greatest prayer is for her family to all be united in Christ and our local missionaries were happy to see that one of her sons who has never come to church before was in church a few weeks after our last team finished serving. All of those who serve with Servants make it a priority to not just meet physical needs of the families we serve but to minister to them spiritually as well. We are excited to begin to see God moving the hearts of Aminta’s family members who do not yet have a personal relationship with our amazing Savior Jesus Christ.

Thank you all for your continued prayers and support of this family!
