Ok, now you might be thinking, “isn’t Brandon just a little guy??”  “How has he graduated already?”  Well this wasn’t his high school graduation it was his kindergarten graduation.

This was such a day of joy for a family who has had a very hard year.  As we shared in our last post this family has been struggling with alcoholism (the father), possibly having to leave their home, and a separation between mom and dad. It has not been an easy year for them but one of our missionaries who attended the graduation shared that “Jorge was so happy and so proud of Brandon.”

It is a blessing for these boys to be able to continue to attend school and have that stability in their lives amidst the other trials the family is facing.  Thank you for being a part of making it possible for the boys to attend school.

Please continue to pray for Jorge (dad) to be healed from his alcohol addiction, for the family to be reunited, and for the Lord to provide a new home for them if the owner of the land their home is on does indeed sell this land.  Please also continue to pray for everyone in the family to have their hearts open to a deeper relationship with Jesus.
