Recently, Lily did some leadership training with a local organization.  She did very well in this training and continues to grow as a leader in the church and in the house of refuge where she and her son Jorge live.

Lily is still doing well in college and when we spoke with her the other day and asked her if she thinks she will pass this year she smiled mischievously and said “vamos a ver” which translates into “we’ll see.”  We at Servants have no worries though because Lily is very intelligent and a hard worker.

She was pleased to tell us that Jorge passed this school year and did exceptionally well.  Lily is one proud mom!

Please continue to pray for the Lord to grow Lily in her leadership skills and to help her do well as she finishes up her last few weeks of schooling for this year.  She still has a few years to go to finish her college degree but she is very thankful to have this opportunity that not many have.  Please also continue to pray for Jorge and for the Lord to grow him into the young man he was created to be and that he would continue doing well in school.
