Since our last update things have gotten more difficult for the Fuentes children.  Dincy and Jairo have each failed several of their classes over the last few months but thankfully with his most recent report card, Jairo passed all of his classes.  Dincy is struggling a lot to pass her classes and failed 6 classes this most recent time.  Our missionaries will be meeting to see what we can do as a ministry to better help her in her studies.  Yanira still has not decided to go back to school and is currently working as a babysitter.

There have also been some struggles spiritually as Dincy shared with our missionaries that she has completely stopped going to church on Sundays with Ilsa, the woman who cares for the children.

Through these difficulties our missionaries continue to work hard to walk alongside the family and serve them in whatever way the Lord shows us is best.

Please pray for the children to do well in their studies.  Please also pray that whatever is happening with Dincy that is causing her to do poorly in school and stop going to church would be revealed so that we can help her through this difficult time.  Finally please pray for wisdom for our missionaries as we seek God’s will in how to best serve this family.
