Oti and her niece wanted to make sure we extend their huge thankfulness for all the help we provide for them in the ministry. We don’t provide a whole lot in the form of material things, but theirs is a case where presence is the gift that blesses them the most. Visiting with teams, calls from Olga and Jackeline, and periodic visits and check-ins are what they need.

As two elderly women living together, life can get boring and lonely. Because of Oti’s troubles with her knees and occasional dizzy spells, it is difficult to leave the house without putting herself at risk. She is retired, so thankfully she has access to the socialized healthcare system, but she has no way of getting to her appointments! Lately, we have been able to pay for Uber trips to get her there an back.

Soon, we hope to have a ministry vehicle so we can drive her to her various appointments! Please continue to pray for them as they battle aging bodies and isolation.
