A few weeks ago some of our missionaries hosted a kids camp for some of the kids in the community.  It was a great time for the kids to get away from their normal routine and just enjoy fun things.  They played soccer, made Christmas ornaments, shared meals together, baked cookies, and most importantly learned about Jesus.

During one of the times when the missionaries were sharing about Jesus they asked if anyone wanted to pray with them to accept Jesus as their Savior.  We are so happy to share that one of the three children who said they wanted to pray to receive Christ as their Savior was Jairo.

We are so thankful for the Lord working in Jairo’s heart and drawing Jairo into a relationship with Him.  It is such a blessing for us to watch these children grow in their relationship with our Lord and Savior and we know it’s a blessing for all of you too.

Thank you for being a part of Jairo and his family’s lives!  Remember that there are many links in the chain to salvation and you are part of the chain that God used in Jairo’s life.   Please continue to pray for him and his family to grow closer to the Lord as they continue to search for a new church in their community.
