This is your friendly website administrator sending another update about email subscriptions about your families.  In the past months, we have been having difficulties in solving a problem to make sure you are getting timely updates about your families.  Please accept my sincerest apologies.  As we hope you know by now, our main focus is to help you build a lasting relationship with the family you sponsor and these issues have gotten in the way of that.  We hope that the issue is resolved.  In the next month or two, we will be working hard to get you more frequent updates about the progress of your family.  We ask that you please let us know if there are any issues such as: you are getting updates about families you didn’t ask to get updates about, you aren’t getting updates about any families you are interested in, or any other issues you encounter with the site.  To do so, simply reply to this email with your issue and I will work to get it resolved as quickly as possible.  Also, we ask that you let us know if you did not get this email (I couldn’t help insert a lame geek joke).
