We haven’t had contact with the Lopez Garcia family for about 5 months. They were avoiding us because Karla was pregnant and they were ashamed of it. Olga found out from other people and was able to finally talk with them in November.

She shared with them that we are here to help them, not to judge them. This happened last time but we know that Guatemala is a culture that fears shame greatly. Please pray for them and us as we try to encourage them that they have no need to feel ashamed with us or God.
