Recently Dayana reached out to us asking we would message you all to be praying for her and her boys.  They have struggled but have been making it by these past few months with COVID 19 based restrictions in Guatemala, but as the country begins to attempt to open up again, the situation is changing for them.

Andre and Estuardo currently have girlfriends.  She asks that we pray about these relationships the boys are in and that they would find peace in them.  Dayana wishes they would focus more on their relationship with God and that He would draw them closer to Him.

Both have been working as Uber Eats drivers, delivering food on motorcycles.  However, since people aren’t “stuck at home” as much, business has slowed considerably and that aren’t able to find as much work as folks are preferring to go out to eat instead of order in.

Dayana also asks for prayers for work for herself.  She usually makes her living off of helping to host teams with different ministries by translating, however, the travel restrictions have closed down short term teams that usually come.  The struggle with local businesses has stalled the application and hiring process.  She has been working in small temporary jobs here and there to get by, but she would really like to be able to move into her own place (they currently live with her parents) so they can have their own space and privacy.  She is grateful for the space they have with her parents but would like to be more independent.

She expressed that she is also asking God to provide her with a car and a good working computer.  Currently, she is teaching Spanish classes online but only having a cell phone to work with has been quite difficult.

Dayana expresses her utmost thanks and gratitude for your continued love and prayers.  Please join us in praying for her.  Also, please consider writing her and the boys and encouraging letter!  You can do so by clicking here!
