Recently, there has been a string of home robberies in the village that the Diaz family lives.  Mirna has had to work closer to home in order to keep an eye on her own house.  People have been breaking into homes during the day while people are away at work.

Carmen and Oscar have improved in their school work!  They have been working hard because they understand the situation their family is in and the importance of a good education so they can better help support their family and rise above the poverty in which they live.  They are encouraged by their better grades and are beginning to enjoy even more the opportunity they have to go to school.  Mirna continues to thank us for the support they are receiving through their sponsors by way of Servants.

Please continue to pray for the Diaz family in their struggle of dealing with an abandoning father, poor living conditions, and the new threat to their safety of robbers.
