One of our missionaries recently found out that Yanira is struggling with her schooling.  She missed a few weeks of school because she was sick and this has caused her to fall about a month behind in her school work.  This is a difficult situation given that Yanira has been struggling with her school work for the majority of this school year.

In talking with Ilsa, the woman who has taken Yanira and her siblings in since her mom passed away, we found out that there have been quite a few struggles with Yanira and her obedience lately.  Yanira is 17 years old and as most of us know this is a difficult time of life for anyone let alone a girl who is still recovering from losing her mother a few years ago and who is adjusting to living with a new family.

Please pray for Yanira to be able to catch up and pull up her grades before the end of school this year so that she does not fail this year.  Please also pray for Ilsa and her husband Ricardo as it is quite a challenge for them to take care 3 additional children on top of their own family.  Please also pray for wisdom for us at Servants to see how we can best help Yanira to take her studies seriously and get her whatever help she needs to continue advancing in her education.
