Recently Jorge has come up with a new idea to try to provide for his family.  He caught some fish from the nearby lake and built a small pond in their yard.  He has shared that he would like to keep getting fish and hopefully they will reproduce.  Then he can start to sell them.

Anyone who has ever been to Jorge’s house can tell you he is a very talented man.  He comes from a long line of farmers and has crops growing all over his property.  He is always very proud to show off what he is growing and he is just as proud to show off this new project.

He has had a few setbacks when stray cats have gotten in and stolen some of his fish and one time a rain storm flooded the pond so he had to redo it.  But he keeps moving forward and we are all excited to see how he is learning from the different experiences.

Please continue to pray for this family and this new adventure that Jorge is doing!

Brandon and Kevin found a lizard in a tree and knocked it out. They were going to eat it but their grandma convinced them to keep it as a pet instead 🙂
